After a distinguished carreer, Micheline Sicotte will be taking retirement on January 1st 2013. Micheline worked tirelessly on the original RQR application, even over the holiday break. She contributed greatly to the establishment of the RQR, to the 1st RQR symposium, and was a major support for the RQR administrative team. We thank her for her dedication, her wise advice and especially for her friendship.

Happy retirement dear Micheline!

A new secretary, Geneviève Provost, was employed to filled most of Micheline’s tasks and work with the network manager and tech transfert and training agent. We are pleased to welcome her to the RQR.

Welcome Geneviève!

Julie Blouin, the RQR transfer and training agent, will also depart in January for a maternity leave. However, she will still complete some of her tasks; namely the editing of REPRODAction and management of the RQR scholarship competitions. Her other tasks will be taken over by the network Manager, Eliane Auger.

Julie, we wish you many happy moments with your daughter and your new son!
