The Hippo signaling pathway is involved in many biological processes including embryonic development, adult tissue homeostasis, maintenance of progenitor cell types and cell fate determination and differentiation. Using cell culture and transgenic mouse models, my laboratory is interested in studying the functions of this pathway in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
